What to expect when you hire manta ray paver sealing

The first step in our process is always to pressure clean. We use a high powered, commercial grade pressure washing system to thoroughly clean your pavers, travertine, natural stone, or concrete. We always include complimentary concrete sidewalk cleaning with our driveway treatments. If there are any visible stains that don't come off with pressure washing alone, this is where we will make all attempts to remove them with our trusted products. 

Following our clean we ALWAYS rinse off all surfaces, making sure to leave your area looking better than when we arrived, never leaving behind dirt on your lawn ornaments, mailbox, pool cage frame, windows, front door, garage ect. We also rinse all sand  and dirt away from pools  and down the street, so you aren't left with a mess to clean up in the end. While some contractors want to get in and out quickly, we pay attention to detail and strive for perfection with each and every job. 

Depending on the type of sealer required for your specific job we will either be able to seal the same day or wait until the surface completely dries, typically the following day, to come back and seal. We always prep your surface and rid any dirt or loose sand prior to applying sealer. We ask that you turn off sprinklers and park your car down the street to protect it from any possible overspray. Following a detailed seal where we always apply two coats and hand paint coping if applicable, we will do a thorough check. Your driveway will be taped off with caution tape to prevent anyone from driving on the seal. Foot traffic will be safe within 4 hours and drive time in 24-48 hours.  

We offer furniture removal services. If you don't feel comfortable moving your furniture and potted plants yourself, we will charge you a small fee to move all furniture and come back the following day to wipe down and return everything to it's proper place.

While some contractors will avoid any contact after collecting payment, our service doesn't end when you hand us your check.
